VFAHT leading a Lung Cancer awareness drive

The Volunteer Force against Hepatitis Transmission (VFAHT) Student body led an impressive Lung cancer awareness drive in the grounds of the Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. Some 20 volunteers created 200 public and patient interactions to raise awareness of the important signs and symptoms of Lung cancer. Smoking prevention advice was given too.

The drive was well received and the public was thoroughly engaged.

The team at Markaz Cancer are delighted with the student’s efforts and cannot wait to work with them on future drives!
